Utilise RCSG’s digitalisation assessment, which is designed to analyse your current business state, identify areas for improvement, and uncover growth opportunities. Based on your result, you can find suitable solution partners and support that cater to your specific needs.

Take our digitalisation assessment to gain insight into your business needs, with recommended solutions and applicable grants for your business.
I am not sure which Solution Provider is best for me. What should I do?
You can review recommendations and customer reviews for each solution partner on the Solutions Providers page. Alternatively, you may join the retailer’s community forum to find out what the others are doing.
If you are still unsure, take a short digitalisation assessment to help identify solution partners for the solutions your business needs.
How do I apply for a grant?
You may apply for your grants on Business Grant Portal (BGP). The Business Grants Portal (BGP) brings government grants for businesses into one place, so it’s easier to find and apply for the grants you need.
Here’s how to apply for a grant:
- Discover the most suitable grant for your business need.
Alternatively, businesses simply need to select their sector and business needs on BGP, and the portal will present the most relevant grant form for businesses to apply for. - Register your Corppass account
Approach your Corppass Admin to assign an appropriate BGP role to you and create your Corppass account. Then, log in to BGP via your Singpass. Log In to BGP - Fill in your company profile
Fill in your company profile. Please take note that your ACRA profile will be populated automatically. - Fill in your application
Once submitted, your application will be sent to the relevant agency for processing. The agency’s contact details will be shown on the “Grant Actions” page. - Monitoring your application
Monitor your application on the “My Grants” page. An email will be sent to you if the agency requires clarification. - Accept your Letter of Offer
You will be notified of your application results via email. Log into BGP to accept your Letter of Offer. Please take note that only your company’s Acceptor in Corppass can accept the Letter of Offer. - Submit your claim
Once you have accepted your Letter of Offer, you will be notified on your claim due date for your grant via email. Log into BGP to file your claim before the claim due date and your approved claim will be credited to your company’s bank account.
Solution Provider
My solutions can’t be found in the list of solutions given. How do I add?
To finalise your Company Information, select ‘Others’ under Type of Solutions and type in your solution. Once reviewed by SRA administration and approved, you will receive a contact from them.
Why can’t I reply to the reviews listed under my company profile?
In any case you have receive any inappropriate comments, kindly notify SRA administration and we will look into it for you.
Why doesn’t the update I made for my business reflect immediately?
To ensure there are no discrepancies, the changes will be approved by the SRA administration. Please allow for a week for the changes to take effect.
